Once the roasting is done, beans are packaged. Some are ground and some are left whole. After packaging, coffee sellers in San Cristóbal might sell their product in a store or hand-deliver it. Some producers own cafes to sell their coffee. Coffee producers might also export their products to large companies like Starbucks.
